Irina Rodnina is a retired Soviet figure skater who is considered one of the greatest pairs skaters of all time. She won three Olympic gold medals and ten World Championship titles with two different partners. Rodnina’s precision, strength, and artistry made her performances stand out. Her dominance in pairs skating helped establish the Soviet Union as a powerhouse in the sport. After retiring, Rodnina became a coach and influential figure in figure skating.
