Oksana Baiul is a Ukrainian former figure skater who won the Olympic gold medal in ladies’ singles at the 1994 Winter Olympics. She was just 16 years old at the time, making her the youngest Olympic figure skating champion since Sonja Henie. Baiul also won the World Championship in 1993. Known for her artistry and technical skill, she captivated audiences with her emotional performances. Baiul later turned professional and continued to perform in ice shows.
